Summary

Antimicrobial and anti-biofilm activity of Changija-san extract against chronic sinusitis pathogens (S. aureus, P. aeruginosa) was evaluated through in vitro experiments. Changija-san demonstrated significant biofilm inhibition effects against both bacterial species. In 36 clinical patients, bacterial culture conversion rates were also high.
