After 12 weeks of treatment, sperm motility increased from 38% to 52%, with significantly improved sperm concentration and normal morphology rates. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, an oxidative stress indicator, also markedly decreased.

Over 3 cycles, VAS pain scores in the auricular acupuncture treatment group decreased from 7.2 to 3.1, significantly more effective than sham auricular acupuncture group. Analgesic intake frequency also decreased by 62%.
