Korean medicine sleep yangsaeng methods (sleeping at midnight, Gwibi-tang, auricular acupuncture) were applied for 8 weeks to 75 chronic insomnia patients. PSQI total score decreased by an average of 6.4 points, with sleep efficiency improving from 78% to 89%.
