More is not always better
Gongjindan is a highly concentrated herbal medicine, and its effect is maximized when taken in the right amount at the right time. Indiscriminate long-term use may instead generate excessive heat in the body.
Dosage guide by situation
- Acute fatigue recovery: 1 pill per day, 7 to 14 days — for business trips, overwork, or right after exams

How to take it
Taking it on an empty stomach in the morning with warm water gives the highest absorption rate.
