Cupping & Physical Therapy
Cupping Therapy
Yes. Cupping releases the blood stasis and muscle tension caused by work and improves circulation. Combined with acupuncture, it is effective for lower back, shoulder and neck pain.
Herbal Medicine
Herbal Medicine
Yes. We prescribe herbal formulas to clear blood stasis, aid musculoskeletal recovery and ease pain. The cost of herbal medicine can also be handled through industrial accident insurance.
Chuna Therapy
Chuna Therapy
Accidents at work often throw the spine and joints out of alignment. If that alignment is not corrected with Chuna, it can lead to chronic pain or lasting after-effects, so we recommend early correction.

In an emergency, the first hospital you go to may be an ordinary medical institution. To continue treatment after the industrial accident claim is approved, however, the facility must be a designated industrial-accident insurance institution for the care to be covered. There is also a procedure for transferring institutions, so please check in advance rather than moving on your own.
Other Treatments
General
You can look up designated industrial-accident insurance institutions on the Korea Workers' Compensation & Welfare Service website. The menus may be reorganised, so if it is hard to find, calling the customer centre (1588-0075) is faster. Even for a listed institution, the scope each one handles differs, so please phone to confirm before you go.
