Dosage
We treat 2 to 3 months as a cycle, checking progress along the way and adjusting. The clearest markers are how often you cough dry, how scratchy the throat feels, and whether coughing wakes you at night. If a cough lasts more than three weeks or contains blood, respiratory medicine tests come first.
