Summary
Fifty-six patients with vitiligo were randomly assigned to NB-UVB plus herbal medicine combination or NB-UVB alone groups and compared over 24 weeks. The combination group showed significantly higher repigmentation area ratio (68.4% vs 42.1%), with particularly excellent responses in facial and trunk areas.

Conclusion
