A meta-analysis of 17 RCTs evaluating Chuna therapy for periarthritis of shoulder. The Chuna therapy group showed significantly improved external rotation (MD=12.7 degrees), abduction (MD=18.4 degrees), and flexion (MD=15.2 degrees) ROM compared to controls, with reduced pain.
