A 3-round Delphi survey was conducted with 48 Korean medicine experts to develop Korean medicine treatment guidelines for rotator cuff disease. Acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, and Chuna therapy were selected as core treatments, and stage-based treatment protocols were agreed upon.
