Summary
Seventy-eight patients with shoulder impingement syndrome were assigned to moxibustion plus acupuncture or acupuncture alone groups. After 6 weeks, the combination group showed significantly superior VAS pain scores (2.4 vs 3.7) and Constant-Murley scores (74.8 vs 66.2).
