A meta-analysis of 19 RCTs evaluating acupuncture for shoulder impingement syndrome. Acupuncture showed significant improvements compared to controls in VAS pain scores (MD=-2.14), Constant-Murley scores (MD=12.8), and abduction ROM (MD=15.3 degrees).
