Summary
One hundred twenty patients with degenerative knee osteoarthritis (K-L Grade II-III) were randomly assigned to chuna therapy and joint mobilization groups and treated for 8 weeks. Both groups showed significant improvements, with superior improvement in joint stiffness in the chuna therapy group.
