Summary
Eighty call center workers were divided into a Hyangseongpajeok-hwan administration+vocal hygiene education group and a vocal hygiene education alone group and compared for 16 weeks. The Hyangseongpajeok-hwan group showed reduced voice-related sick leave days and improved voice self-evaluation scores.
