Summary
A Korean medicine anti-aging program (combined acupuncture, herbal medicine, pharmacopuncture) was administered for 24 weeks to 85 women aged 40-65, and skin biomarkers were tracked. Skin age decreased by an average of 4.7 years, and blood antioxidant indicators also improved significantly.
