A 12-week course of Korean medicine combination therapy including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and chuna manipulation was administered to 120 patients with chronic ankle instability, followed by 6 months of follow-up. The Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool score improved significantly after treatment.
